The Potting Shed

I hope everyone's having a wonderful week full of stitching and other exciting happenings. I'm now going to show you the next project I'll work on. It's the gorgeous kit from Shepherd's Bush called The Potting Shed. My mother did this one year's ago and I've always admired it. Again, like so many designs, the colours have drawn me to it. Have a look at the charms and beads that come with it too. I love these extra things SB add to their kits.

SHEPHERD'S BUSH - The Potting Shed

I have stitched a little the last two nights on Un ange passe.... but seem to be going slower with it. I will certainly get back to it soon.

In fact, after tomorrow I'm on my annual leave from work for four weeks! I have lots of tidying up to do around the house and garden, but I'm very hopeful I will mix in some stitching as well. I have to get in some enjoyment time too. :) Anyway, I'll catch up with you all next time and hopefully I'll have a start on The Potting Shed.

This is lovely stitched up Jane, a friend of mine stitched it years ago.

Should finish up Glad Tidings tomorrow night, thought it would be tonight but the eyes are tired.

Had a glitch with the gold thread too, think it went 'somewhere' with the cat after he had been sitting on my knee.

Enjoy your holiday! I remember those days! Now I have to make do with 3 weeks a year.

I love the SB kits - the silkies are so lovely and the charms are always fun. Enjoy!

Hi Jane! I love the Potting Shed! I stitched it several years ago for my mom. I told her I would give it to her whenever I get it framed. I really should do that one of these days! LOL! :) I can't wait to see your progress! :)

Looking forward to seeing your progress on Potting Shed. Have a wonderful holiday. Don't work too much, and take some time to stitch.

The Potting Shed looks like a great project!! The charms are simply adorable. Will you buy the mat that goes with it? Shepherd's bush pieces are certainly a $$ investment! I love them.
