Since July 4th is Independence Day in the USA, and being that I love Americana things, I thought I would stitch a new kit from Shepherd's Bush called Flag Bag. It's a quick one that you can do during a day or night session. I managed to complete it all last night.
DESIGNER ~ Shepherd's Bush
PATTERN ~ Flag Bag kit
FABRIC ~ Tan burlap bag
THREADS ~ DMC and WDW (stitched 3 over 2)
STARTED/FINISHED ~ 3 July 2009
This is such a cute and easy design to do. The only awkward thing is trying to work within the bag itself. I've done another of these bags called Dashing, which was also fun.
Flag Bag is a new one from SB and I received it during the week in my latest stash buy. I'll show you the rest of what I got in another post.
HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!

Very cute, Jane! Since you're an Americana nut, are you wearing Red, White & Blue today? ;-)
You're getting better and better with the photo montages! I'm envious!
