Stacy Nash stash!

OK, OK, so I said I wasn't going to buy any new stash until after I got back from my holiday. Guess what? I couldn't keep to my word. It was a huge ask for me to stick to that promise, and I'm afraid I've succumbed to temptation (and a sale!). How can a girl refuse a 40% off sale? Yes, that's right - 40% off!

I have a variety of tastes and one of them is all things primitive. Through my stitching friend Chrissie, I have become aware of Stacy Nash Primitives. She designs early style cross stitch patterns that can be turned into keepsakes. You can age them to make them look like they were stitched in earlier times. There's so many of her designs I'd like to get, I just love them.

So these are the patterns I got on sale at Village Mountain Stitchery.

1802 Biscornu Pinkeep, Netty's Sampler Pinkeep Drum, and Olde Homestead Sewing Book

Fancy Brown Sewing Pouch, and Emma & Her Pony Sewing Roll & Pincushion

Winter Woolens Cupboard Sampler Pattern, and 1809 Redwork Sewing Book

So now I think I can safely say that I won't buy any new stash until after I get back from my holiday.:))

Nice stash Jane, I haven't stitch a Stacy Nash design yet but I can understand you, it's so hard to resist to such beauties...

Love your new stash Jane and I look forward to seeing your first Stacy Nash stitched. I also have one or two of the same charts you have. I love Fancy Brown Sewing Pouch. Perhaps we could do a stitch-along :)
