Beekeeper's Cottage

This is another one I did some time ago. It's Shepherd's Bush 'Beekeeper's Cottage' which comes as a kit (including all threads, fabric, charms, and chart). It was so enjoyable to do. The mat I got here in Australia at a Stitches 'n Craft Show a number of years ago. The framing was done the same time as Little Witch, in 2007.

  1. Hi Jane,

This is just lovely - I'm admiring all those special stitches! BTW, I ran into a SB fan at my framer's this morning when I was picking up Winter Sampler. I will write more in my blog later. You would've loved seeing them.

    Take care!

  6. It looks amazing Jane, well done. The Little Witch is gorgeous, love the verse on it. You have lots of lovely finishes there, I am with you on the confidence issue, it would be totally tragic to make a mistake on the finishing.
