Weekend Progress

I know it's not the weekend but this is where I got up to with Ah, 'Tis Spring over the two day break.

Ah, 'Tis Spring - 10 April 2010

I'm up to the bunny's armpits now which is probably a funny place to be. Hope there's no 'hares' under those arms (ha, ha). Oops, there's that sense of humour of mine popping out again. So I've stitched one arm and did the basket with a solitary carrot in it. I guess I could add a few more carrots but I'll just leave it the same as the design.

This design is so much better in real life than it looks on the chart. Maybe it's the variegated threads I'm using that's making it so special. I'm really enjoying it anyway.

The weather's turned a little sour here lately. After a gorgeous Easter weekend, this past weekend was cooler, very windy, with some rain. The rain is good, we can do with more of that, but the cold and wind can stay away. I guess Mother Nature is giving us a taste of Winter a little early.

Looks so cute! I am loving this design as well. I keep thinking I'll pull it out, but I'm sticking to my goal to finish the Alphabet Village. It's waited 18 years to be done! (Yikes)
Weather here is very unpredictable. Snow one day, sun the next...it must be Spring!
Hugs.
