What a cutie!

This is a new design by With Thy Needle And Thread called Miss Snow Fairy. I discovered it while looking on the net recently and fell in love straight away. So whimsical looking with soft colours. So of course I couldn't wait to get the chart, and have placed an order for it. I'm thinking of doing it on 35ct Parchment by WDW. Can't wait to see it in real life!

I also did a little more (emphasis on the little) with Baby Bug Ball yesterday. Not so much progress as I'd like to see, so here's just one picture to show you my progress.

Baby Bug Ball - 18 October 2009

With the Aussie dollar doing so well at the moment, some stash enhancement is looking very enticing. I'm already trying to get some SB newies from the recent market. There's also another chart that caught my eye from the market. It's called Jenny Bean's Halloween Sampler by Shakespeare's Peddler. There's limited edition threads for it too. They're by Gentle Art with names like: Parched Bones, Coffin Lid, Dried Blood, Witch's Wart. What ghastly names, but I love them! Something to sink your teeth into, this one. I love waiting for new stash to arrive. Will make sure to show you these treasures when I get them.

Happy stitching to all!

Beautiful!
Love your thread organizer. How in the world do you remember the numbers or names of the threads? I have pondered getting some of those and didn't know if I could remember all the names of the threads. I do have some smaller ones in mother of pearl and love it for small projects. Just wondering....

As always, your work is so beautiful!

Oh Jenny Bean is just delightful - you will love her. I also purchased the JB pin tuffet AND, Theresa just finished JB Christmas. I think it's a wonderful little series.

Enjoy your week.

I love the new designs. I ordered Snow Fairy last week, because it will look perfect for my new Christmas decorating this year.
Thanks for showing the Halloween design!!! That is a must have for me!
I think I want to move to Australia. (I say that is jest, but I have really seriously thought about it!) You say the dollar is doing well there? I'm ready for a better economy! I think you have far superior leaders in your government. Ours seems bent on taking us into a depression!
Take Care. Love the progress on Baby Bug Ball. I'm getting that out of my stash, after the Halloween costumes are done!

Your start on Baby Bug Ball looks great. I like those 2 new charts you've shown, especially Jenny Bean. Did you know Theresa will have a JB Christmas one out soon?

...I'm trying not to buy new charts, just supplies to kit up existing ones. You're making it really difficult to resist! ;-)

Have fun stashing up!

Jennifer, I have the threads in the same order as listed on the chart and refer to them that way.

Love the SB Bug Ball piece. I have looked at it before, but not added it to my 'stash' yet.

It will be fun to see your progress.
